I got a late start this morning. I didn't launch the boat until 7:00. I headed straight to where I caught fish last week. I caught 4 fish in the first half hour. At 7:40 they quit. I fished 3 of my best ledges without a bite. At 12:00 I put her on the trailer, came home, and took a nap. If you're headed to Talquin, go early. Or maybe it was the east wind?
