Certificate for 6 Months Storage at CBC

At the BBSC banquet this past summer, I purchased a gift certificate for 6 months of storage at the Carrabelle Boat Club in the silent auction. I recently sold my boat and have no use for the storage. Only limitations are that the boat can't be longer than 30 feet and the storage must be started before 12/31/08. For reference, current rental rates at the CBC are $10/foot. Asking $750.
