Went with Cueball out to fish in Steinhatchee today, all day from dusk to dawn. We got there with a wrath of fog, but the water was mirror like and Redfish were easy to sight cast to. We picked up a few throwing at swells and I missed several that would bull their way right up under the Super Spook and try to suck it down. Very frustrating until I caught this 27" Redfish. He put up a really good fight and was rewarded with a photograph and released. Later on I picked up a 23.5" Trout, and Cueball caught some more trout before we got into lots of Ladyfish. Hard to shake those guys. We ended the day with a nice bunch of Reds to fight and a few more trout. Cueball caught a couple of Flounder while he was fishing with the old standby Gulp Shrimp. I caught almost all of my fish on a Trout colored Super Spook and a couple on Pink Spoons. Ended the day with some flamingo like birds flying into the sun and there were lots of them. Note the changes in the water ripple in each photo.
