Easy Grilled Italian Redfish

Post by lordsfisher »

Marinate redfish filets for at least an hour in 1 part red wine vinegar and estimated 10 parts italian dressing. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and a little salt. A very light drizzle of tupelo honey makes just right. For the spicer taste use instead a little cajan redfish majic (blackening spice). Put pam spray or oil on a grill basket and cook over medium heat on the grill for maybe 7 min a side until the fish is flakey. Eat it while it's hot. :lick:

I bet that would be good on any fish.
Thanks.
