Adding Pictures???

Can some explain to me how to add a picture in a post. Being that I work on a computer 8-12 hours a day I would have thought I could figure it out. Apparently I'm an idiot!!! HELP!!

upload your picture to a picture sharing web site such as photobucket. Copy the link provided by photobucket for each photo. Paste the link in your report between the img tags, like this....
