Going to Destin in April bringing the Carolina skiff I think I'd like some dockage rather than in and out staying at the Sandestin Hilton for a company deal and will be fishing some of the folks where to how to and all would be helpful also this ain't no yacht is there a marina for fishermen more than the yacht club?

Call Half Hitch Tackle and they'll probably help you out.
I did discover a beautiful ramp on Beach Rd called Joes Bayou Boat Ramp that is pretty close to the cut. $10/day. (30 24.617, 86 29.484)
