Shell Point boat ramp closed

The new ramp at Shell Point is closed until further notice. It has a chain and lock on it with a no tresspassing sign.
This was on Tuesday Feb. 10 th.
Just wanted to pass this info on to others.

Bummer. Does anybody know if that ramp is county owned or private?
