also maybe try ...
Upholstery Unlimited @ 850~926~2746. They're right on the city limits of Crawfordville. It's a small, family operation, very informal.
They do all upholstery & t-tops & bimini tops too. I had 2 cushion seats done there. But ya need to explain to them exactly what ya want, maybe even draw a pic.

I called him he quoted 3 times $ what he did your work. I called and talked to a lady she said they would do it for less than half of what he quoted me and they would pick up the stuff from Porter's. I called and talked to Porter's grand daughter to tell her they were picking up the cushions. He shwed up and tried to get the boat Wavel called me I explained cushions only the guy got mouthy with Mr. Porter who told him to leave he replied he was gonna charge me $75.00 to pic - up the cushions. Mr. Porter said he thought he seemed like a drunk and wouldn't recomend that I use him.
Also you didn't seem to happy with his work. He won't get mine just to big a hassle.

I think the guy has some real problems and I don't think the way he behaved is professional or respectful, she made excuses for him and said "he say"s they have been getting prank calls so he was trying to run me off because I sounded like the "guy".
I really think the reason he works out of his house will only take cash and is kind of a jerk is because with his personality he can't work for anyone else. I don't understand why anyone would be that rude and difficult if he is in a service related business.
The lady acted very nice and as though thy wanted the work he was a jerk every time.

I'd check with the guy in C-belle, I've seen some of his work it looks pretty good.
Or give WAM's buddy a call and see how it averages out.

Give Cover Time Upholstery a try they're behind Florida Tile on CCNE. They just did my bass boat seats. Very good work at reasonable prices. 877-1151
