Kinda windy this morning. It is predicted to lay down in the afternoons today and tomorrow.

I would be interested to hear if it really did calm down this afternoon, so please report tonight if you were out there today.

And it aint lying there was whitecaps in the river this mornin and the catchin was slowwwwwwwwww I'll go back out tomorrow, but you couldn't make me get on the Bay with this East wind

I didn't see no winds laying down in NOAA's report. Of course, NOAA is sometimes a tensie weensie bit off on its predictions.
