Afternoon Alex,

I was in St. Augustine yesterday looking at a boat for a friend and noticed a few smaller CC's on the yard. Not sure of makes or models. I was limited on time so I only focused on the Shearwater that I was there to see but I did get the guys name and phone number.

I would start checking craigslist sites around the region. People are listing boats just as fast as manufacturers make them. new/old lots of styles (many CC's!) and they are priced to sell.

He told me yesterday that he has several contacts across the state and he could put out an APB out for anything your looking for. From what I understood from him is that he goes to actions and bank repo sales, purchases the boats, cleans & services, then out on his lot they go.

Try www.searchtempest.com. It is a search engine for Craigslist. Allows you to put in a zip code and distance, and it will search evey craigslist page within that distance. Will even search e-bay as well. Best of all, its free!

I have a 175 Seachaser made by Carolina skiff. It has a 90 merc, jack plate, vhf, poling platform, and trolling motor. I think it is a 2000 or 2001. Runs like a champ. $7000 obo. I bought a new boat so am letting my fishing buddy go.
