South winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 15 knots by late morning. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Protected waters a light to moderate chop.

The Cow creek landing was still under water and I've seen much cleaner mud puddles than the river looks right now "flowin about a hunerd MPH also"
