1. Departure points: Tournament entrants must depart from port (or may fish from shore) along the portion of the Gulf of Mexico coastline from Aucilla River in Taylor County to the Mexico Beach Canal in Bay County.

2. Boundaries on water: Providing stated limits on points of departure are observed, there are no boundary restrictions on the waters in which tournament entrants may fish.

Does this mean people leaving from Marquardts in MB are in violation of departure rules?
