My principal, friend, and I arrived at the launch around 12:00 this afternoon. All in all we had a good day catching two keeper trout and a ton of short trout. All of our fish were caught on bright colored lures in 5 to 7 foot of water. It was nice just being able to get back out there.

How was the water clarity? I am assuming it was dark...
I had a couple friends fished just off the grassline at HM an didn't do anything. Said it was blowing and they packed it in early.

Water at econfina was very dark. We did manage two keepers, lost two at the boat, and caught numerous 14" fish.
