How crowded will Econfina be because of the Perry Optimist tourney? I heard Keaton will be a madhouse, so I wasn't sure if Econfina would be the same. I would like to have gone tomorrow but didn't know if there would be anywhere to park.

Ecky shouldn't be any more crowded than a normal Saturday in the Spring Cuz. Most of them boys are hunting the big groupa's for that $1000 It is easier to run offshore out of keaton or steinhatchee so thats where the crowd will be I think. Ecky has plenty of parking anyway. Yall go and have a blast. I will be in Plains all weekend trying to get stff together for a sale next weeekend.

I'd expect most of them to stay inshore in an effort to catch the $2500 first place trout...that's what we'll be doing.

Where are you fishing out of Casey? I forgot about that trout pot.

It's still up in the air. We haven't decided which of Jumptrout's holes we want to raid yet.

I talked to Bonnie who rents out the rooms at the state park last week and she said none of the rooms were booked for the tourney she did not seem to think it would be that crowded..the boat ramp man said on Saturday of last week he put 145 tickets in the holder and all of them were gone .. So who knows?
