Went down Friday 1st time there in a month I have read many reports was ready to smoke the Redfish.
Fished for the 1st three hours and nada zero zip, you get it no Reds or Trout for that matter.
I gave up the bars and creek mouths and ran to 4' - 5' non-stop Trout but very few keepers.
Got to 6' to 7' and there they were, nine Keeper Trout in less than two hours most were 17 -19 inchers.
Two more hours grinding on the bars and creek mouths no Redfish love but a Moby trout to finish up.
Back to the ramp the camp and feeling like a champ hurried home to do the family thang it was great to get them.
