Apparently these guys were testing propeller designs when this happended. Really makes you appreciate the value of a life jacket and kill switch.

Yes, kill switches and life jackets save lives, but it only does so much. If you try to cross a wake that fast, trimmed up that much, then at the end of the day, you have to realize that you are a natural born idiot. Fortunately most of us got that out of our system after our first boat purchase...maybe second.

Exactly. Mine will run a little over 40 but I ain't got nowhere to be in that big of a hurry.

I think high speed or low Greg is an idiot.. WTF was he thinking his high performance bass boat Is completely trimmed out. 1ft of the hull in the water + 70mph + wake = Moron.. Sorry im glad the guy is ok but come on some people dont belong around fast boats.. My boat will run over 60 but I wouldnt think of running that fast in any chop and surely not through wakes..
