Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmm Good

Took the loin off the Cobia got the grill hotter than anyone could imagine slimed it with olive oil sprinkled with salt cajun and taco seasoning and did about 75 seconds per side. Cut it up and put it into a burito shell with shredded cheese & letuce, pico sour creame & a tad of some green sauce, rolled up on the plate and next to some slaw. Holy chit man dat bease some goot stufffff!
