I have been shopping @ Walmart from the majority of my fishing tackle up until Sunday. I did not realize that Kevin's was a sponsor of the NFGFC until Steve Stinson mentioned it. I looked @ 2 Walmat in town for Cajun Thunders and they are not selling them any longer. When I told the story to Steve he said that Kevin's had them so on Sunday I went by and purchased two of them and to my suprise they were reasonalbly priced. I had not shopped at Kevin's for tackle, I just figured that they would be more expensive than Walmart. Well to my suprise they are less expensive.

I went in today for more tackle to rig up a bottom rod and real and walked into a deal on some 3" gulp new penny shimp. They have then at a special price for $3.99 each pack. Not sure how long that will last. I had purchased a red finn gold plug earlier in the day from another store and paid 60cents more for it than Kevin's price. $82 later I was walking out the door.

I am now a Kevin's customer.

Nothing like spending money with a home grown business.
I might just have to go see my tackle dealer and get my Dad a little something for Father's Day.

Kevin's has gotten much better in the last year or so. Thats the only place I shop now!

Between Home Depot and TGI Fridays on Capital Circle in Tally and there is one in Thomasville.

The store in Thomasville doesn't carry any fishing tackle.
