capt Mikes website says that the hooks on his spoons are replaceable which is obvious but doesn't say what size they are or offer them on the website..Anybody got any idea what size they are and where you can get them. I have at least a half dozen that need replacing..salt water is tough on em and if you hone them the salt will get em the next trip seems like even when when you wash them up and put reel magic on them.

I don't remember the size, but Kevins has trailer hooks that work. I carried a new spoon over to the hooks, picked what looked the same, and they fit fine.

Well that does a lot of good for the folks on the coast bozo. How selfish can one person be? So manup and find the part number and brand for your "they fit fine" hooks.
Inquiring fishermen want to know!

Capt. Mike's throwers - are your hooks rusting-out, breaking or getting dull? What gives?

Tidedancer - I'm further from my tackle box than you are from Kevins. Man up, drive over and give Kevin some business.
I thought I got away from Panther fans when I moved from Stone Mountain. And, next time you're up north, please get Francoeur back in gear.

Well you have me at a lose here Jimbo. Are we speaking SWD panthers? And being on a fixed income now the prices at Kevins are above my pay grade. I did fish with Chad (his son) on Friday.
Who is Francoeur?

You must have moved away from Gwinnett County before I did. I'm talking about Lilburn's Parkview High School, home of the Panthers and their star graduate Jeff Francoeur. Francouer was on 4 state championship teams, got a football scholarship and was drafted by the Braves. Was a rookie of the year contender for the Braves, then got on the cover of Sports Illustrated and it's been downhill since. But, playing for the Braves cant be too bad, even if hitting .250.
The hooks I used on the Cpt Mike's are Gamakatsu trailer hooks, St # 210013, size 3/0.

I still live in Lilburn. Parkview Area. I am retired now and spend a lot on time at our place in Carrabelle. I'm and old SWD panther from the old school on Candler Road in Panthersville Ga. (south Dekalb)
