I HAVE BEEN HEARING A LOT OF RUMORS ABOUT MORE GROUPER REGULATIONS ON GULF GROUPER; WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, COULD ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THESE PROPOSALS, WHAT IS PENDING, IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO, I DONT KNOW IF IT IS WORTH BUYING A NEW BOAT !

If it doesn't make sense or is not suppoerted by real research, then yeah it'll happen.

Buy the boat and run charters. You can take people out and show them where fishing used to be allowed.
