Bald Point 9/21

Had a great day surf fishing this morning at Bald Point State Park in spite of a constant strong S/E wind and ugly brown water. Three of us each took home a redfish, 25", 21" and 20", and we caught numerous rat reds mixed in with good sized croaker. Of course a lot of catfish too but thankfully only one small stingray. Since I've been able to do so little fishing this year it was nice just to get out! Dinner was a bonus.
The second best part after catching a 25" red was the wind kept the yellow flies off the beach!
