Lousiana Barbecued Shrimp

My wife whipped this up tonight...
This was the official Recipe...
Louisiana Barbecued Shrimp
* 1 pound large shrimp pealed and deveined.
* 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
* 3 Cloves of Garlic
* 1 tablespoon finely crushed dried rosemary leaves
* 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
* Rind from two lemons
* 1/4 Cup Worcestershire
* 1 &1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
* 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* Crusty bread, for serving
My wife corrected me with her changes...
1 stick butter
1 Clove Garlic b/c that's all we had
1 Tablespoon FRESH rosemary
Rind of 1 lemon and 1 lime + Juice of both

Directions

1. Salt and pepper Shrimp.
2. In a cast iron skillet, melt butter till foaming. Add remaining seasonings. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring frequently.
2. Add shrimp, cook over medium heat until the shrimp turn pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
