I put this up over at FCKA but wanted to share too...
I don't mind dragging my yak in sand or grass- but every now and again you get stuck in a parking lot or an oyster shell road.
There are lots of plans for SitonTop Yaks that use PVC and the Scupper holes.
But I've got a Wilderness System Pungo SIT-IN = No Scuppers

I snagged this from someone's trash pile...

I got 4 nice wheels...

So this is phase 1- no glue yet.
Picked up a 3/8 inch axle at home depot along with a few PVC joints.
Already had the 1.5" Schedule 40 at home.

Held on with a bungee chord:

Jam nut to hold the wheels on...

I'm going to glue it up tonight and then probably put some padding on just to help keep it from slipping around.

I had a similar problem trying to build a cradle for my kayak, as the scupper holes are not the same diameter the whole way through. I went a little bit different route, used quite a bit more PVC, but still kept it under $25.00. I'll try to post some pics tonight since it looks like the weather's not going to allow me any fishing.

Nice cradle, let us know how it works.

Well, I ended up going fishing, so I didn't get a chance to take the pictures yet. Maybe I'll get to it tonight.
