SEARAY SOLD

AFTER WHAT SEEMED LIKE A LIFE TIME SOLD THE 18 1/2 FT. SEARAY. THE GUY THAT BOUGHT IT REALLY GOT A GREAT DEAL. THIS BOAT WAS SURVEYED AT $6,800.00 AND AFTER 1 YEAR I HAD NOT SOLD IT, I GRADUALLY LOWER THE PRICE TILL IT WAS DOWN TO THE PRICE I HAD IN THE BOAT PLUS ABOUT 100 HOURS OF MY TIME, $3,500.00. YOU FELLAS ON THE FORUM REALLY MISSED A GREAT BUY.

I guess I should have got off my butt and called last week when I was over there, but it was raining. Congrats on selling it though.

Glad you were able to move it Earl. Lots of good deals going beg'n. Since my Dad passed away earlier this year, Mom has been trying to sell the Motor Home they traveled in and can't find a buyer at 1/2 the book and its a dandy.

HEY SHOWBOAT, I NOW HAVE ROOM TO PUT MY FISHIN CAR BACK IN THE GARAGE INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT OUT IN THE WEATHER.
