So let me get this straight, make sure I understand...

If passed, Obama's health care plan will have been written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it, approved by a Congress that hasn't read it and whose members will be exempt from it, signed by a president who won't quit smoking, funded by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, will be overseen by a surgeon general who's obese, and financed by a country that's already facing record debt.

What could possibly go wrong?

What gets even more ridiculous is hearing some of OBO's finest try to explain "the" plan while admitting they have not read "the" plan!


This whole thing needs to go down in flames! If the entire premise is to provide healthcare to the uninsured AMERICANS then do so in a reasonable and
acceptable fashion! Any prerequisite to this common sense approach would first determine who are the truly uninsured AMERICANS and then analyze
existing government programs both state and national to determine anyone truly being left behind and go from there. I've got a ten spot that says
it's no where near 46 million!

You want to kill it ... America needs to rise up and insist that all of our ruling class must be covered by the same plan. Yep, if all them congressmen, senators, and executive branch folks had to live with it, they would hush. Instead Popheaded Pelosi and the Obamination are trying to tell us what is good for us while they fly above the fray.

Take away their preferential "retirement" system which is effective regardless of their terms served and easily pay for healthcare for uninsureds!
Social security should be good enough for them like all other working Americans! I bet also they would pay more attention to the SS system.
Also their pay raises should be directly related to COLA like the SS system which means they would be getting no raise this year.

Actually, I would think they would want to simplify their lives and participate in any enacted health care program...I can't imagine their dilemma
in having to choose from 38 different CADILLAC plans! I'm really not surprised the majority don't have a clue about the proposals....why should they....
