It has been 4 weeks now and I still have no desire to go fishing. Is there such a thing as fishing depression?? Is there a pill I can take??

Ya aint by yerself while I have gone about every weekend, I just aint been enjoying myself like usual lately

I think it is anticipation that fall is on its way! You're just waiting to strike at the right moment.

I have a sure cure. Give me your boat, rods, reels, and tackle. When you don't have any of that stuff you will be missin it and the reason for it almost instantly. Then you go out and buy all new stuff and you will be happy when you get to try it out.
Problem solved.

I haven't been since the last club tournament but it hasn't been from lack of trying. It just hasn't been in the cards lately.

I'm sure glad to see that it's not just me. Here lately I'm just not as excited about going fishing. Granted, we've had some crappy weather lately and the moon's in the wrong phase now. Maybe it'll pick up soon and we will all be happy again.I haven't put the boat in the water in about 8 weeks now.

It happens to me every year. It gets really hot and the fishing slows down so your not as pumped to go. With these cooler day I'm starting to get the itch again. O ya and when the floating grass backs off FALL TOPWATER.

I saw Jumptrout this weekend and he said fishing was so bad he was going to turnaround and go home.

I saw a Trout this weekend and he said the fishin was so bad that he thought he would just come to the house and jump in the livewell
