LOCAL PRICE is $3/ft. for WASH & $5/ft. for HSP, wax
$12/ft. for FULL DETAIL, $3/ft. for HSP, wax (with FULL DETAIL)

NON-LOCAL is $5/ft. for WASH & $7/ft. for HSP, wax
