Today's excursion

Post by dolphinatic »

Today's work took me to St. Marks to work on a high speed job for a boat at Shield's Marina. While working, I decided to hang a pole over the side to see what might happen. Last time, it produced some nice reds and bass. This time, it produced numerous catfish, pinfish and this beast (from freelining a pinfish)......

Notice the right hand....a little bloody thanks to this bastad's teeth :x I started off the morning by getting stung by a dang hornet in the same hand :x

Highlight of the afternoon was watching a HUGE red come out from underneath the boat next to me and attack a small catfish I was reeling up!!!! Man, I would have liked to have had him :o

I guess I'll see where tomorrow takes me next
