GPS Depth Finder?

I am looking to purchase a GPS Depth/Fish finder for my 14" Skiff. I am thinking of either a Garmin or Humminbird. Both have their strong points. I am looking for feedback from users of both. I am interested in how accurate the maps are, how easy it is to read in bright sun, ease of use, etc...
Thanx,
FF

I don't think a 14" skiff will support any fish finder!!!!

Thanx Liz, but I am looking for depth finder capabilities also.
KT, That is too funny. Actually,I am really looking for a GPS/Depthfinder. I am pretty good at finding the fish.....they are usually on the end of my line.

I have the Garman 883 is the number I believe.

I like it very much. No issues in the sun and the GPS seems to be very accurate. I really don't have any expiance with any others but when I was looking I stopped by Tallahassee Marine and he suggested it. Even told me to buy it somewhere else to save money so I knew wasn't trying to just sell one. Best bang for the buck according the him.

Works for me, hope it helps.

After further review that would be a Hummingbird 383.

Just testing all you Garman folks.
