12 SEC teams played this weekend and only one lost. Sad, just sad.

What happened to UGA. I just got through hearing how UGA was way underrated and then they get beat by OS.

Why did you have to bring it up Jeff. We were just considering that a "pre-season" game.

How many other SEC teams played a team in the top 10 for their opener. Nuff said.

I was afraid the dawgs were in trouble. The quarterback is untested. It doesn't matter how many stars are on the team...if the quarterback isn't one, you are in trouble!!

I had money on your response. Thanks for winning me $20. So predictable.

I even got the "Nuff said" part right.

Oh and by the way Alabama played a good team, Number 7 Virginia Tech, and I've already laid down a bet on next weeks response. South Carolina!

I really did think UGA was gonna win that one. I pulled for them while I was driving around Mosquito Lagoon.

Go Dawgs!

Cox is not the QB that is going to take us to a good bowl game. I would be happy to escape this season with a 9-4 record. But thats what rebuilding years are for.

You can't call it a rebuilding year when you only lost 2 starters on offense! It's more of a dissappointment. If Stafford would have stayed, UGA would have given UF a run for their money. Now it looks like FSU will have to do it. I think if the noles defense can stiffen up, they got a legit shot at being a contender again.

9-4 would be a HUGE shot in the dark for us this year, we have a very tough schedule. No free-bees like GA Southern or Troy except we play Tennessee Tech on 11/07. :smt011 Oh well......here's to another rebuilding year!

SEC teams should all play a couple of warm up games in my opinion. No reason to go out and get players beat up and take a loss right off the bat. UGA is all over the place with their schedule, last year they started out with GA Southern and Central Michigan, now its OK State and South Carolina. What's up with that?

Don't forget, you owe me half of that $20 for replying with the exact stuff you told me to in the PM!

UGA needs to look at replacing the head coach. Mark is a very nice guy and I have personally spent some time with him and you couldn't meet a nicer fellow. The cold hard truth is being a nice guy doesn't win football games. UGA needs an aggresive coach to pull them out of the slump. Wake up Dawgnation!!!!

Whooa now we dont need to go replacing Mark. Before Mark Richt, Georgia couldnt beat themselves out of a wet paper sack. What we need is to not start there season with a top 10 ranked school with a QB and Rb that is untested in the NCAA.

Mark Richt is a nice guy, who will win 8-10 games a year consistently, but he's not a championship coach. However, we all still appreciate his coordinated team wide celebration in the endzone two seasons back in Jacksonville. Boy, did he ever pick the wrong moment to turn classless. That's motivational material that will be shown for years to come!

It would have been nice for the SEC to be perfect on opening weekend, but after seeing the ACC results, I'm more than pleased.
