Sad Day for my GPS

Going have a ceremony for my old Garmin Portable GPS Map 176C. Dropped out of the back of the truck a few weeks back on one of our trips to PCB and Pensacola to pick up the boat. We were unloading the truck and it fell out of the back of the suburban! :bang: screen isn't cracked, but it no longer works correctly and only shows 2/3rd of the screen when it does work!
SO PLEASE keep and eye out for deals on Chart-plotters Network capable XM weather and Sonar is preferred 6-8 inch screens 3006, 4008, 4208. Or if someone sees or has a Deal on a 10 inch screen please let me know!! -Joe

Hate to hear that. Have you contacted Garmin to see what can be done to repair it? Might be worth an investigation.

Garmin won't repair the unit because it's been discontinued for more that 5 years. I think its time to take the plunge and go for the 3210 bundle and while they are dicontinuing these the price seems great!

Sweet!
I've been lookin at this bundle - or the Furuno 585 FF...I think I'm gonna order this this week and go Garmin BIG SCREEN.. Jim @ BOEMarine.com said he will refund $250 if I send the XM module back, which is a good deal since I'm too cheap to ever get the XM weather subscription.
