You can google the email address and see if a hit matches...that's about it

You can isolate a general location by the IP address in the e-mail header......Just depends if the sender is trying to hide their address or not.


Example: If you are on Rose.net, and you send me an e-mail, I can pretty well figure you are sending it from Thomasville...but, you COULD be in New York remoted into a PC in Thomasville, so there is no guarantee where the sender actually IS.
