I HAVE A 225 EVINRUDE, 2003 YEAR MODEL YA COULD HAVE FOR $12,000.00, IT ONLY HAS APPROX 600 HOURS ON IT. DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROLS, THEY STAYED ON THE BOAT WHEN I INCREASED THE HP TO 250.
