Line capacity: 230 yards of 10-pound monofilament, eight bearings, weighes 14.3 ounces. Reels are spooled with Ande 8-pound Backcountry monofilament.



The reels are mounted on matched Cabo PTs CBIS70M spinning rods. These medium action rods feature premium cork handles, Fuji reel seats and low-profile guides, hook-keeper, a glossy finish on a graphite blank with blue-green butt wraps. The MRSP on each outfit is $400. I'm selling them for $195 each or $375 for the pair. These are ideally suited for Big Bend coastal action and will give years of dependable service. Each comes with the original box, manual, reel case and multi-purpose tool.

Yeah, that's a sweet setup at a good price, Silverking. Surprised nobody jumped on it. I would have been interested except I already have one in a 30 and a 40. I saw your ebay sales; prolly won't last 5 days. Good luck.

Thanks for the plug, Harmsway. I was surprised as well, but I didn't leave them up there very long. The ceramic drag system on the Cabos is really sweet and they build a quality, nice-casting rod as well. Hopefully someone will pounce on eBay. Guess with the economy and the "regular" fishing season winding down, folks are holding off on tackle purchases for now. I thought some tycoon like Jumptrout might jump tho.

I have a set of gently used Cabo 30s that I will be putting on the market after my replacement outfits come in. Stay tuned budget-watchers!

Just want to update you on the Cabo. Took it out this weekend, 26"red first fist. Awesome setup to fish with can't say enough about it.
