Brunswick GA 10-10-09

Me and my Dad were trying to decide if we wanted to go to Appalach or Brunswick so we looked at the weather report for Applach terrible there so Brunswick it is.
Headed to Brunswick for trout and reds Saturday at 500am. First throw at 900 nothin at that spot so we went to our second spot on a oyster bar and caught 10 or 12 reds and 1 trout. Kept 5 reds and and the trout. Nothin the rest of the day.
Reds ranged from 16-26in.Slot limit is 14 through 24in down there so big red went back.
The trout was 14in the the minimun for them is 13in down there and max is 20.
You can keep 15 trout and 5 reds per person we would have had 10 reds but we threw some small but keeper reds back.
A couple of my Dads friends went with us and showed us were to fish some new territory. But we knew some spots already down there but not where we fished. They kept 8 or 9 reds and 1 flounder. The trout were scarce i guess.
