Has been some time since I have been out on the flats. Finally got a descent weather day, and work caught up enough to take a day off.
wind east north east 5 - 10,, water temp 77deg.
headed west to first spot and not a lot going on cept one 19" trout and one spanish.
second spot made my wrist hurt due to all the reds. 27 total, mostly pups between 15 -18", but as fast as I could get a bait in the water the fight was on. a few cats mixed in with one 14" flounder and the rest of the trout limit. largest red went 22.
Beautiful day on the water. guess what's for supper tomorrow night!!

probably gonna be steak if the rain holds off long enough to get the grill going.
gonna save the fish until about halftime during the Gator/Dawg game..
