Cheapest place to store a boat in

Looking for a cheap place to store a boat on trailer(dry storage) in Lanark Carrabelle Panacea Alligator Point areas. I've seen several for around 100 per month. I'm looking for about half that.

The Boat House just outside Carrabelle is charging me $75/month, and it is covered storage.
