Aucilla 11/20

Post by Coosa »

Hey everybody I am a newbie posting but have followed the chat for a while now. Was suppose to fish the 18th and 19th but the storm cancelled those plans. Luckily things worked out and I made it Friday and Saturday. Great weather, trout and redfish limits both days with a few black bass threw in for variety :lick: . Fished hard first day to find trout, further out on the flats than expected, got on them the second day and limited early. Trout ran from 18" to 23", pearl white and new penny Gulps under popping floats. Reds same set up as trout only mixed in some live shrimp with Gulps. Great time only get down once or twice a year, love the area. :D

Thank you Jumptrout I learned it all from reading your posts. I think I left plenty in your holes but will ask permission next time. Believe me I would fish everyday if it were not for the six hour drive. I fish a lot of fresh water on the Coosa River. Good luck and catch fish.
