Launched at 0830, it was low, real low, hadn't seen it that low since I last knocked the skeg off 
, so we tip toed out while everyone else blew past us.....Headed out toward Hickory Mound, started in about 5 foot of water, bait was everywhere....The first eight trout were 16-21, only caught maybe 5 shorts, had limit by noon, probably caught 20-25 trout, 5 rock bass and zero reds......Caught trout on topwater, sub surface, live bait, cajun thunder and on the bottom....and caught trout trying to catch reds 
....I am a believer in Catch2000 Jrs now, had some violent strikes today......Glad I spent another day on the water with my dad
