after going to both of the bass pro shops in the Atlanta area...(Atlanta/Macon) I am totally disgusted with trying to locate the floats that you would put on the end of your Boca fish gripper or a gaff or a de-hooker......they actually tried to get me to muy a drift sock and use the float that was on the front of it

where do people get these floats at!!!!!! :-? :-? :-? :-? :-? :-?

any help would be appreciated

RMS Marine Supply (I think they have a new name now) in Medart (south of Crawfordville on 319/98). This used to be their phone number; 850-926-3114.

I'm using the $2 option myself. :-D

Fairness to Keels probably can find pool noodles even cheaper but I went off the deep end & splurged!

What Tom said. One pool noodle will make floats for everything in the boat.

I got mine in Walmart but I don't know if they have them anymore. Like others have said if you live around here you can get them at Angies in Medart, they have tons of floats in all kinds of sizes. Austin Kayak sells them on line for $5.00 and they are 6" long by 4" and we use them on the anchor rope so when we dump our kayak anchor we come back and find the float.

Sears sells a sweet one for $1.99 thats 5" x 3" Click here for Sears

Sorry I noticed after I posted the Big Bend Gyrene got you covered.
