Cold water fishing at St George Island?

I'm going to SGI for a few days after christmas and was wondering where is a good place to catch some reds and trout. Didn't know if the cold weather would affect the fish or if they move closer in and if they do, where? Thought some of you guys might have a little more experience over there than I do.
