How long, and how much did it weigh Tom? :thumbup: :thumbup: Looks like right at daylight or right before dusk.

That fish was caught in Sulfur Creek off the Aucilla about 5 years ago. Red/White chug bug, 10 pound test line. It was about 7:30 in the morning in May or June I think. That fish hit like a bream hitting a popping bug and never made a ripple on the water. I got her to the boat and thought I had a redfish the whole time.

That fish was 27.5 inches and weighed 5.75 pounds and looked as if she had just spawned. Probably would have been close to 7 a week before. Still my biggest trout ever.

I guess seatrout99 grabbed that picture for the magazine.

Tom, I know a fellow who caught a 31" 7 1/2 pound speck at Keaton last weekend. :thumbup:
