Yep and his opponent conceded like they asked her not to do, so there is no legitimate reason to hold up seating him. The Demo's house of socialist cards is collapsing down on them. Gotta love it!

HAPPY but have to also add I'm guardedly so... great article by Glenn Beck today up on Fox News. He basically says if we were just dealing with run of the mill dems, they would almost certainly shift to the center, but based on his belief that the top ranks are filled with hardcore progressives hellbent on socialism, that history shows they'll want to push even harder.
