8 of us will be heading down towards Keaton Beach on thursday....will be staying thru Sunday or Monday....Sure hope the trout are in their normal spots, and that the weather doesn't cause to much of a bad case of lock-jaw......hopefully my secret spots around Spring Warrior will pay off as good as they have in the past.......

Pat Mcgriff says that that area is pretty silted up right now and that the fishing "south" will be better, but I will have to see for myself(charcter flaw).....

If yall see my Blue 22' Naucticstar 2200 bay between Spring Warrior and the Dogs head, give the Slay-man a holler

The wife and I are headed over Friday morning. We will be in a house almost directly across the canal from Keaton Beach Marina in a 20' Scout named "Sun Daze". We'll be fishing south or where there is clean water. Good luck!

Pat Mcgriff is right, the water is very murky in that area right now, but that doesn't mean there aren't fish there, you just have to work for them.

Those fish have got to eat sometime. Keep a hook in the water and you'll be fine.
