Anyone using either reel for trout and reds and if so how ya like it? Looking at buying a used 201b but have looked at the 251 as well.

Have had a 200 for 8 years and finally had to have TroutTrent fix it last summer for a broken gear. I've caught just about everything that swims in our area on it including cobia, kings and keeper grouper and snapper. I will say that casting it all day does tire out my hand more than a low profile reel does.

Thanks Tom. I figure if you've fished one 8 years then they have to be pretty decent. I done the deal a bit ago so I'll try it out in a couple weeks.

BB - Here's my offer: a 6 pack of Diet Mountain Dew, two cans of Skoal pouches, half of a 7' Falcon rod (you'll have to see Heath at SGO to claim this one), and one slightly used trolling motor handle "cover".
