It is about a year old and I have only used it a few times. preloaded with US marine G2 charts and nationwide Topo maps(purchased separately) I will post pictures later but it comes with the unit only as my girlfriend threw away the box.

I removed the city nav maps and installed only Topo maps. I could not fit the entire US on one 2gb sd card but if you purchase another one ~$12 I can fit the entire US. Here is a map of what is on the unit now.

I did a quick search and Garmin makes several models of the 400C

Is this the hand held or console model? I saw two different hand helds which model?

looks like the Colorado. I have one as my backup, and it is a nice unit.
