Fished ICW out of W. Bay. Never fished it before so it was a learning experience. Wind and current were much stronger than expected. Found a few short trout, one over slot red, 4 whiting and a rather large sheepshead. Water temp at noon was 61.5, 63 at 4:00. Fished various artificials but live shrimp was the bait of choice. Hoping the warming trend continues so the next trip can be out on the flats. I'm tired of all this cold water fishing!

Panama City has some really cool inshore spots. Makes me want to head down there. Thanks for the report.
