Went out of Keaton Friday and headed south to big grass (1st mistake) fished hard and only manged 2 trout about 18 1/2" I was totaly lost on what to do for Saturday seeming the boats with me did about what we had done. I finally decided to run further south (2nd mistake) so when i got to pepperfish i stopped. Perfect day just no fish finally caught 1 red a little over 20" that was it for saturday. The boats with me went north to spring warrior and did a little better one ended up with 4 trout with 1 being 27". The other boat had 2 trout but one was 24". We all fished Shallow both days and from the reports on here this morning That looks like my 3rd mistake. glad some of yall got them this weekend maybe it will be my turn next time.

Not a bad day Spot On.....couple filets for the pan. It was a great day to be out.

I like to fish that nice clear water to the south, but it's hard to get the fish to cooperate over there. Seams you have to catch them at low light or very cloudy days. And it helps to be able to cast a mile.

Spot On, now I feel guilty for not going with you. I will go next time and give you a free refresher. Don't be depressed, maybe that boat is too big for you? Ha ha
