Just wanted to remind everyone that if you want to pre-register for the RedTout Shootout and save $75.00 on your entry fee, you need to do it by Saturday, April 10th. On or before the 10th, the entry fee is $125.00. After April 10th, the entry fee is $200.00. You can download the registration form at www.redtroutshootout.com, fill it out and then fax it to (850) 668-93311 or you can just drop it off at Kevin's. Also, if you would like to attend the banquet on April 15 at Cross Creek Par 3 Golf Course and driving Range, let me know. We only have 38 tickets out of the 200 left. Ticket prices are $15.00 for individual and $125.00 for a reserved table of 8.

Synopsis
A frontal boundary that had been stalled across the northern Gulf of Mexico this morning is beginning to move slowly northward across the peninsula of Florida. Winds and seas will remain light until our next cold front approaches from the west. As it stands now...cautionary and advisory levels look to be reached by the weekend.

Thursday
Southwest wind 5 to 10 knots. Seas 1 foot or less. Protected waters smooth.

Friday
Southeast wind 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Protected waters a light to moderate chop.

Saturday
Southeast wind 15 to 20 knots becoming south 20 to 25 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then decreasing to 15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Protected waters choppy. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Hope there is a polygraph guy this year.

Never Fails Just like last fall...crappy weather....it separates the boys from the men. Hopefully we will have a better showing this year than our massive 2 lb trout and our nonexistent Red last fall! Lol

The tournament will be re-scheduled if there is a SCA.

Remember the Captains' Meeting at Kevins 4-21-10.

SCA last fall during the tourney and they didnt reschedule it..lol...we will see! All they said is its an inshore tourney and that the big waves were offshore. I agree but we were still bumping some 3-4s coming back from dog island!
