What size line does everyone prfer for bottom-fishing in less than 100ft of water over live bottom?

80 lb powerpro. Line size equivalent to about 20 lb test mono.

With 80lb. and quick reflexes, nothing has taken me into the bottom. 50lb. works great, but I like the extra beef for abrasion resistance.
